Yes. They can login and turn on or off automatic email updates for 1 or all of their saved searches. We only send out an email if their are new properties matching their saved search criteria. This way they only see the latest properties to hit the market.
Yes. Our website back office allows you to see all the properties they have viewed as well as last time they logged in, their saved searches and much more.
