Coaching Highlights

  • A brokerage-specific needs assessment. We'll gather information during an initial telephone interview. A second session may be required, during which we'll clarify current data, financials, and goals.
  • An analysis of the brokerage with a "prescription" based on your goals and our findings.
  • Development of recruiting materials.
  • Administration of personality assessments for you, your agents, and your support staff.
  • Creation of charts and graphs to measure 12 months of brokerage activity and production.
  • Creation of charts and graphs to measure agent activity and production, including historical comparisons if past data is available.
  • Assistance in the development and refinement of office policies and procedures.
  • Twelve telephone calls with Denise Lones, to be used at your option of once per week for three months, or twice per month for six months.
  • A system for tracking office inventory, and strategies for selling that inventory more quickly.
  • Creation and tabulation of agent surveys.
